I’m Noemi, a Creative Project Manager based in Brooklyn with over seven years of experience leading creative and marketing operations for global brands. Moving between cities and cultures shaped how I work, adapt, and connect, skills that show up every day in how I manage projects and collaborate with teams.

My background spans creative production and photography, which gives me a strong appreciation for both structure and creative flow. I focus on building clear workflows, bringing alignment across stakeholders, and helping teams deliver thoughtful, high quality work without unnecessary friction.

Born in Spain and shaped by living in different places, those experiences continue to influence how I communicate, problem solve, and support teams as projects evolve. Growing up between cultures and a very busy family restaurant taught me a lot, mainly that life is unpredictable, people are endlessly interesting, and you should never underestimate the power of a good paella.
